We have 5 AI products at different stages of readiness. Each one can generate revenue from our existing customer base. But I can't build all of them at once, and I shouldn't.
What I need: look at each product, tell me the revenue you can commit to selling, and rank your top 3. "Commit" means you'll identify the accounts, work the conversations, and own the number. Not "this sounds interesting" but "I can bring $X from these accounts."
This helps us both. You get clarity on what's coming and when. I get signal on where to invest build effort. We align before anything goes to sellers.

Ingests Grain calls daily, classifies call type (discovery, progression, implementation), scores with tiered rubrics, delivers scorecards to reps, managers, and leadership. We've already scored our own WbD calls as proof of concept. This is the demo we show at Impact Summit.
Extended post-Deploy engagement that drives SPICED adoption through reinforcement, certification, and measurement. Not new technology. it's a service package using our existing methodology expertise plus AI-powered adoption tracking. The Octave engagement is the reference model: they're asking for exactly this (reinforcement, certification, adoption metrics). We package it and sell it to every Deploy customer.
AI-powered pipeline health dashboards built on SPICED scoring data. Gives managers and CROs visibility into deal quality beyond stage and amount. Shows which deals have strong Impact and Critical Event articulation vs. which are "happy ears" deals sitting in pipeline with no real qualification. Think of it as the intelligence layer on top of SPICED Pulse.
A custom AI system built for each client as their single source of truth for going to market. Not ChatGPT with a prompt. A curated, maintained system with their processes, pricing, products, SPICED framework. Reps use it to create proposals, prep discovery calls, get coached, build battle cards. It learns from their business and evolves. This is the product that creates real lock-in because the client's institutional knowledge lives in a system WbD maintains.
The full closed-loop system: Growth Guidance tells you WHERE to invest (segments, motions, capacity). SPICED AI tells you HOW to execute (call quality, deal progression, adoption). Together they form a continuous feedback loop. managers govern AI agents, agents support reps, the system learns and recalibrates. This is the long-term vision, not something we sell at Summit, but something we plant the seed for.
Based on your review above: which 1-2 products should we actively socialize at Impact Summit? "Socialize" means we talk about it on stage, show it to customers, and collect interest. It needs to be real enough that we don't overpromise.
The demo-ready products (SPICED Pulse, Adoption Services) are the obvious candidates. But if you see stronger pull from customers for something else, tell me. I'd rather know now than find out at Summit.
